Delicious!! I had never used Napa cabbage or bok choy-- both vegetables we will now incorporate into our meals regularly. Our grocery store didn't have baby bok choy, but regular bok choy was delicious. I only used the stem, but next time I will also cut in the greens. We got our noodles and sauce at a local Asian market which was fun!! I asked the family that owns the store a few questions (we had been planning on dry noodles, but they too suggested the fresh ones). I think we will use broccoli next time too!! This recipe was easy, and SO delicious!! Thanks!!

This was a lot of fun to prep and make. I did opt out of using the lo mein sauce. Instead I used a combination of oyster sauce, low sodium soy sauce and black bean sauce.

Absolutely easy and delicious. I doubled the "panda sauce" . It's become a real hit in my family.
