Very nice! i will leave out the tomato paste next time....had to add some cream as it was a little acidic. Just right for a freezing winter's day!

Fabulous flavor!! Easy to make. Used some chopped up strip steak worked fine and I also used crushed tomatoes because I didn’t have diced it turned out great. I also omitted the potatoes because I’m trying to do low-carb and I added some zucchini and bell pepper. This is the best vegetable soup I’ve ever had!!

Such a tasty soup. I had to use London broil because they didn't have the flank steak. I also added corn. My entire family loved it. I will be making this again.

This soup is very good. I dont have alot of time in the evening to cook. I put all the ingredients in my crockpot except the better than beef and the potatoes....didnt have it and dont eat them. I didnt saute anything. This will definitely be a regular in my rotation! Thank you for the great recipe.
