I crock potted this so I didn't need the oil and pan frying of sstudd first. I also did not use the worcestershire sauce (not a fan in general). I also cut the beef down to 1 lb. 2 lbs would have been too much. Otherwise made to recipe. Tasted quite good, very similar to store bought beef vegetable soup. Recommend trying this one.
