The soup was delicious! I omitted the salt and olive oil...water sauted my onions then added the mushrooms to cook down. Everything else was done according to recipe instructions. This could be served at an elegant dinner party or just for plain old "supper". A couple of grinds of fresh pepper at the table really enhances the flavor. Absolutely wonderful!
