First time making vegan tuna salad. I thought it was great. I didn't have celery so i used an orange bell pepper for a little more crunch. also i subbed onion powder for about 1/8 c diced red onion. highly reccomend that! you may want to adjust the levels of some ingeridients i thought there was a bit too much yeasties

This is a great receipe! It turned out great. I omitted the soy sauce, celery, and nutrional yeast. I added mayo, cajun seasoning, dried parsley.
