Made it at specified. It's good, but could have a little more flavor.

Really tasty. I added more salt than the recipe called for and I also added cayenne. I’ll definitely make this again

I doubled the recipe and added more spices. The "sauce" was more of a paste. It definitely needs more liquid.

While not vegans, we decided to try this. We used milk and powdered yeast instead of flakes and almond milk. It looked and smelled delicious. The taste left us wanting for more (cheese).

The sauce turned out great. We added cooked asaragus, sprouts and nuts which went well

We really liked it. After reading other reviews, I made extra sauce with lots of extra garlic and also added smoked paprika, turmeric, crushed red pepper and ground black pepper. It came out spicy, like we love, and also rich and flavorful. I missed out on adding extra veggies but think it would be great with the red bell pepper and a handful of other fresh or frozen veggies, which we will definitely add next time.

This was a very simple and tasty recipe! I made double the amount and used frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots) instead of just broccoli. I’m new to veganism and I haven’t quite acquired the tastebuds for nutritional yeast-based cheese yet. However, I was able to add in extra mustard and a tad more salt and garlic powder to mask the after taste. Thank you for such an easy and delicious recipe!

I love it! It seems to be to much sauce so I added half portion more of quinoa. I also used one metal steamer on top of the pot while boiling the quinoa to do the brócoli, save time and energy 😅

It turned out pretty good and it was quite tasty considering it was vegan. Pleasantly surprised!

The dijon mustard ruined it. The only thing I changed was that I used all purpose flour instead of wheat flour. I won't be making this again.

It's an acquired taste from cows cheese but can get used to it. Next time will buy steam in the bag broccoli versus fresh as the vegan cheese was ready way too quickly before I got the broccoli ready. Not bad though

It definitely needs more spices and seasoning. It's very bland. Also, the sauce needs more nutritional yeast, and probably some added vegan cheese.

It was ok, a little bland, not much flavor. Kids were not fans. i don't know if I'd make it again.
I pretty much stuck to the recipe

I like the idea of adding Cheese and Quinoa. It was savory to my taste. Will reccomend if you are adventurous with food

It was ok. The whole thing turned into more of a paste, probably didn't help that I may have over-steamed my broccoli. I don't think the half cup of almond milk was enough. The sauce was too thick. I like the idea from another reviewer of using rice instead.

Are you sure this is just 1 serving? It was absolutely delicious and cured my cheese craving! I added extra garlic powder and salt on top (just a bit more)...5 stars!

Alright... I might have messed something up by quadrupling the recipe.
I may try to make again but stick to the original

Oh my goodness this has been the first "cheesy" recipe I've tried that's been good! I doubled the sauce as I think I cooked too much broccoli but it worked, I also think there should be maybe a few more spices but I'm not sure what, either way I loved it.

Really terrific recipe. Just made it and it is so delicious and filling. I can tell it is going to be a new go to.

Super easy to make and delivered exactly as expected. Good for a quick weeknight meal. I paired with a green salad and marinated tomatoes.
