- 1 tsp. baking powder

- 1/4 cup xylitol (or stevia)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (honey or other liquid sweetener)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla paste (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
- chocolate (choice, I used green & black's 85% dark chocolate)
