- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 3 juice (tblspn aquafaba, bean, any variety)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1/2 salt (tspn)
- 2 1/4 baking soda (tblspn)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (like what you’d use in cereal)
- 1/4 cup coconut cream (out of the can, but just the cream part you get when you refrigerate the can and it separates...just the cream, not the water)
- 1 ground cinnamon (tblspn, I like mine real cinnamon-ey, so you can cut this back if you don't)
- 4 cups oil (for frying)
- chocolate glaze
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy-free)
- 2 corn syrup (tblspn)
- 1/4 cup coconut cream (out of the can--come on)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
