- 3 cups gluten free flour blend (I used 1 cup each: sorghum flour, brown rice flour, tapioca flour + ¾ teaspoon xanthan gum, plus extra for rolling out the dough)
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tsp. fine grain sea salt
- 1 cup water (warm filtered, it should be about 115 degrees F)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (plus more for greasing the bowl)
- 1/2 cup cashew (pieces, soaked for 2 hours, rinsed well and drained)
- 1/4 cup water (filtered)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dried chives
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (each:, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley)
- 1/2 tsp. fine grain sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups chickpeas (cooked, or one 15-ounce can, rinsed and drained)
- 1/3 cup bbq sauce (plus extra for brushing over the pizza dough)
- 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 red onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 avocado (small, pitted, peeled and chopped)
- 2 handfuls fresh parsley (chopped)
