- 1 zucchini (large, or 2 medium, Blade C)
- toasted sesame seeds (to garnish, about ¼ tsp, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. agave
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Good idea, but came out super watery and not too flavorful. Next time, I would try to saute and crisp up the veggies and zucchini more. A good filling side though!
