- 2 cups cauliflower (orange, cut into small florets, white cauliflower is fine too)
- 4 cups green chard (cut into ribbons, Swiss/rainbow chard or beet greens, kale or spinach are also good substitute)
- 5 sprigs fresh dill
- 300 grams rigatoni pasta (corn, or other gluten-free pasta)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil (or vegan margarine or vegetable oil)
- 4 Tbsp. all purpose flour (or use rice flour for gluten-free)
- 400 mL coconut milk (or make your own using this homemade coconut recipe])
- 1 1/2 cups oat milk (make your own of a thicker consistency using this homemade oat milk recipe*)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. miso paste (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. dried chili flakes
- 1/3 tsp. marmite (optional)
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- salt (to taste)
- breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers for garnish, optional)
