- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
- 1 red onion (sliced into thin rings)

- ranch dressing
- 1 oil (recipe Vegan, Free Mayonnaise tofu or cashew based, see notes)
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves (chopped & loosely packed, or fresh chives)
- 3 cloves garlic (smashed and finely minced)
- 1/2 cup milk (unsweetened plant)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (about 1/2 a small lemon)
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
- sea salt
- black pepper
