- 100 grams coconut sugar (or caster sugar from Suma Wholefoods)
- 2 tsp. vanilla paste (from Suma Wholefoods)
- 3 Tbsp. cornflour
- 6 caster sugar (generous teaspoons, for caramelised brulee topping)
- 100 grams cold water (Suma whole cashew nuts, soaked in, overnight)
- 100 mL cold water
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (maple syrup or agave syrup)
