Thank you. The texture was there as well as flavor. An improvement to the vegan yellow cake I was making before I found this recipe. Thanks for sharing

Best cake l have ever eaten!! I put some maple extract instead of vanilla, and it is so fluffy. It doesn’t even need frosting.

I am going to be making this for my uncles b-day and wondering if you would recommend it. I am 10 years in age and love to bake and know how to pretty well, but just wondering if you would recommend me making it

I'm at 5000 ft elevation. Made standard adjustments for it. Turned out a little chewy and took forever to bake. Flavor was good though. Would be great to know exactly how to change this recipe for altitude. 4 stars cuz I figure it will work fine for people lower. And I was glad I didn't have to whip aquafaba like so many other recipes.

This came out perfect! Hit the spot for a cake. I covered it with a vegan vanilla buttercream and was in heaven!

Amazing. A very easy recipe that rose beautifully. My non vegan husband and son loved it. I was asked to put lemon in the icing which made it lovely. We had to try it with and without icing of course
