- 125 grams shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 head chinese cabbage (napa cabbage)
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 green onions (a bunch of)
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 1 can jackfruit
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 3 vegetable broth (tblsps, or faux chicken broth if you can get your hands on some)
- 2 tsp. chili garlic sauce
- 2 soy sauce (tblsps)
- 1 tsp. mirin
- 1 tsp. cornflour
