Amazing! As a vegetarian with a life-long seafood allergy I've never had tuna salad so I couldn't say whether it tastes like the real thing, but it is definitely very tasty. Very easy too. I didn't have old bay seasoning so used an "all purpose" seasoning and skipped the onion. Will definitely add into rotation for easy lunches.
