- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 3 corn tortillas (small, OR 3 handfuls of tortilla chips, gluten-free if preferred)
- 2 Tbsp. oil (light, needed only if frying your own tortillas - see instructions)
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 handful fresh cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 1 lime (cut into wedges)

turned out great, i did add some ancho chile powder and also some potatoes

I added some blackened bell pepper, and thought it turned out great. I might add a little more chili pepper next time for a bit more heat

Delicious! I blended the tomatoes a bit after cooking them the make it a smoother base.

Turned out great! My mom even got seconds. Definitely tastes better with cilantro and lime.

my family loved it. I didn't garnish and I used lime flavored tortilla chips. i will certainly be making this again.

really good!! 👍😊 I used diced tomatoes with chillies and added diced zucchini. I will for sure make it again!
