- 2 zucchini (small, ~2 cups, cut into ½" thick half moons)
- 2 heads broccoli (~4 cups, cut into florets and stems diced)

Omit: broccoli, tofu
Changes: 1 can coconut milk, 2 tbsp curry paste, 2 cups veggie broth, 4 kefir leaves (dried), 2 chiles (dried, added early)

Delicious 😊 I made this for the first time and it was delicious. I will bake the tofu next time. I saw your easy recipe for this but now I cant find it. So if you can give me this i would be grateful 😊

Easy recipe. I cooked the coconut milk and currie till the sauce was thick then I added my broccoli with zucchini. I fried the tofu and topped with Cilantro. I felt at ☮️ after eating this
