These were good asf! I added green enchilada sauce on top for extra flavor and my family enjoyed it. I’ll definitely be making these again y’all.

New dinner favorite. Easy to construct and the possibilities are endless for filling.

Pleasantly surprised! It was flavorful. I’ll definitely be making these again

Good flavor but in the oven, literally all the filling came out and they didn’t get crisp. Not sure what I’d do different next time- maybe a toothpick at each end or use the filling and make enchiladas? It’s yummy but kinda a mess.

I used vegan cream cheese with chives and mixed the cheeses and peppers together before spreading in tortilla super rich and flavorful! I baked and the tortillas didn’t really crisp up a lot I will make again though!

So good! Will experiment with different fillings. Corn tortillas will start to split if you don’t throw in oil quick enough.

We mixed some hot sauce into the cream cheese for our fulling and it was amazingly good. My roll ups fell apart almost every time in the frying process. Will bake next time.

Very simple to make. I realized too late I didn’t have enough cream cheese, so I added in vegan sour cream. I also mixed the canned green chilies with the vegan cream cheese/sour cream. For the cheese, I did a mix of vegan cheddar & pepper jack to give it a little more flavor. They tasted great for how easy they were to make!

Easy to make, less filling next time in each roll and it will go a little farther. I used potatoes, cream cheese and green chiles in mine. Turned out amazing.

The recipe came out better than expected. I never had these so I'm glad I tried something different. It was a quick 20 minute meal too. I'll try them baked next time.

they came out pretty great, actually! Only problem I had was the tortillas I got were rather large. I used wheat tortillas for mine, but overall they were pretty great! My non-vegan husband, 5 year old, & mother in law all loved as well!
