  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves, crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala (sub with 1 tbsp lemon juice)
