- 4 cups masa flour (Maseca 'Tamal')
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 4 cups vegetable (or vegan chicken-style broth)
- 2/3 cup corn (neutral flavored oil, vegetable or other)
