- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (from 1-2 limes)
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha (plus more, to your liking)
- 2 Tbsp. honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/3 cup water
- 16 oz. banh pho rice noodles (aka Pad Thai noodles)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 cup cilantro (chopped, sub basil if you like)
