The recipe turned out delicious! The lentils were a little mushy in consistency, but that was’t the fault of the recipe. I think next time I would add more walnuts and cook the lentils less

Tried a few lentil taco recipes prior to this one. The consistency added by the walnuts in this recipe won me over. This one is in my meal rotation for sure!
