- 10 oz. cremini mushrooms (or button, sliced)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
- red wine (Splash of, optional, about ¼ cup)
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
