    I made them into sliders & didn’t have a George Forman so I had to fry them on the pan. It was hard keeping their shape but I’m still a learning cook. I don’t care for the tahini probably because I thought tahini was more sour cream based like tzatziki so it caught me off guard & I think I may have used too much of it for my taste, although it definitely does have a place in this recipe so I wouldn’t take it out completely.
