It turned out really good! There are 3 out of 4 people in my family that are lactose intolerant so I just make things easier on me by making our favs in vegan form. I did the sweet potatoes w/o the fluff stuff stuff on top and it turned out great! My husband was really surprised and my kids loved it! I'm not a big fan of sweet potatoes but I could taste the pumpkin pie and cinnamon flavoring so it tasted great to me! This is def going in my recipe binder and will be making it again.
