Early in the morning in a slow cooker. I started the lentils beans...I added onions, garlic, hot sauce, salt & pepper, and a few jalapeno. Later when I came home...I put onions, mushrooms, cajun seasoning, garlic pieces, green tea (instead of water) and rice in the rice cooker. In the steamer basket on top of the rice cooker. I cut up sweet potatoes, and mixed it with cumin, garlic powder, onions powder, salt and pepper. I also added the spinach next to the sweet potatoes. Less than an hour it was all done. I made me a bowl and topped it off with salsa, and homemade ranch (vegan) dressing. I must say it turned out pretty good. I just felt it needed more seasoning. And yes, I will be making this again.
