- 2 spring onions (finely sliced, optional)
- 1 handful cilantro leaves (fresh)
- roasted peanuts (**, crushed finely)
- 4 Tbsp. hoisin sauce (GF version if required)
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice (adjust to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce (for gluten free version or soy sauce)
