I am really happy with how these turned out. I over baked the first couple batches because they brown very little, so be aware! Bake until the bottoms barely begin to darken. I used unsweetened almond milk and vegan Becel because that is what I had in the fridge. The dough was initially crumbly when it came out of the fridge but softened beautifully with the warmth of my hands while working with it.
