    Cake came out amazing! I added fresh strawberries instead of freeze dried, and a little less water to balance out the wetness. Cake flour is definitely important to use for the recipe! I also made my icing with coconut cream, confectioners sugar, fresh strawberries blended, and a little strawberry extract. Definitely a crowd pleaser!

    It turned out great! It didn't rise as high as expected, however the taste was incredible.
