it was my second time using udon noodles
i love them. the vegetables were great and soy sauce and ginger tasty..nice lunch.

Yummy! Altered the recipe by deleted the green peppers & adding broccoli & mushrooms and a bit of Thai curry paste for heat :) quick, easy & will make this again!
