- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt (more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (more to taste)
