- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup salsa (chunky)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro
- 1 head cauliflower (chopped into florets)
- 2 tsp. oil (or aquafaba)
- 1 Tbsp. spice (or more taco, /seasoning blend)
- 1/2 garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- salsa (choice)
- guacamole
- lime juice
- 2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (each of, onion powder, smoked paprika)
- 1/2 tsp. chipotle peppers (powder, black pepper)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne ((optional, add less to pref))
- pinches all spice (or cinnamon, optional)
