- 1 red onion (small, diced small)
- 1 green bell pepper (small, diced small)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced or crushed)
- 8 oz. baby bella mushrooms (finely chopped, but not minced.)
- 8 oz. tempeh (crumbled, not all are GF so check package)
- 1 cup vegetable broth (low sodium)

- cracked pepper
