- 2 tsp. chinese black vinegar
- 1 tsp. light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Shaoxing rice wine
- 1 pinch chilli flakes (I use gochugaru)
- 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 pinch white sesame seeds
- greens (a spring onion finely chopped)
