    Very easy to make! I was able to find a packet of mushroom gravy that is vegan and used soy crumbles. looks very tasty for the visual eater, and the taste is great! I don’t miss the beef at all! There isn’t any technical skill in making this dish at all. It’s basically putting together delicious flavors in one pan and making comfort food to satisfy! I did add minced garlic with the onion and used a bit more salt, otherwise I followed the instructions as given. Will definitely make again!
