    I followed the directions to the letter put all of the seitan ingredients in a food processor and blended it together on a quick pulse setting and the finished result did have a meat like consistency, i made the marinade for the seitan and let it marinade in the frig for 5 hours after that i fried the seitan in a little extra virgin olive oil and plated it with a nice salad on the side. Seitan steak is a misleading name for the dish because the taste is know where near the taste of a real steak, to me it tasted bland but the next time i make it i will add more liquid smoke add green peppers, onions, worstchester sauce and let it marinade for 2 days in the frig.
