- 16 oz. seitan (or make my homemade seitan recipe below)
- 1 lemon (cut into quarters)
- 2 cloves garlic (mashed)
- 1/4 cup white wine (or red, they will give different but equally delicious results.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 cup yoghurt (plain non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (peeled, diced to 1/2 inch cubes)
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (mashed to a paste)
- 2 adobo (chilles in)
- 4 Tbsp. nut butter (or tahini)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 3 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 cups vital wheat gluten (I use Bob's red mill brand)
- 1 1/2 cups broth (veggie)
