- 1/3 cup oil (flavourless, not olive oil)
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- raspberry (flavouring, I use LorAnn flavour oils and they are very concentrated)
- 30 grams aquafaba (the water from a tin of chickpeas)
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 40 mL water (/1.4 fl ozs.)
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 drops rosewater
