Tasty and easy but a little sodiumtastic for me. I'd skip the vege broth or reduce the soy sauce in future because it's way too salty. I simplified things a little by heating the stock in one pan with some dried shiitake, then 5 mins before serving added the tahini mix, noodles, and bok choy.

Proportions of the ingredients were wrong. Way too little amount of broth was more like creamy noodles. Also was missing mushrooms and tofu should have been in cubes. Missing a kick of chilly as well.
