- 1 Tbsp. canola oil (or Grapeseed oil)

- 1/2 pkg. soy curls (4 oz dry or 1 box firm tofu, drained and cubed)
- 3/4 cup broth (Bills Best Chick'nish, warmed, omit if using tofu)
