- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (I used canned, make sure it is plain pumpkin and not pumpkin pie)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond butter (roasted creamy, or sunbutter for nut-free, warm to a very smooth texture first before measuring, if your almond butter is super thick, it will make the cookies thicker and spread less)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (mini, I used Enjoy Life brand)
