- 1 cup pumpkin (unsweetened, I bought organic unsweetened pumpkin puree from my local market!)
- 1 cup vanilla bean (non-dairy vegan yogurt , I used cashew milk yogurt but almond milk yogurt would be good too!)
- 1 cup granola (pumpkin)
- 3 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 dash cinnamon (top of your parfait with cinnamon to your liking!)
