  • 1 cup vanilla bean (non-dairy vegan yogurt ​, I used cashew milk yogurt but almond milk yogurt would be good too!)
  • 1 cup granola (pumpkin)
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1 dash cinnamon (top of your parfait with cinnamon to your liking!)
