- 2 cups flour (as needed plus more for sprinkling - $0.18)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil ($0.05)
- 1 zucchini (large, diced - $0.45)
- 1 red pepper (large, diced - $0.56)
- 1 clove garlic ($0.08)
- 1 bunch basil ($0.75)
- pepper (to taste - $0.03)
