- 1 1/4 cups flour (I use a mix of all purpose and whole wheat)
- 3 Tbsp. almond flour (or use more flour for nutfree)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
