- 60 grams margarine (melted and slightly cooled)

- 30 grams all purpose flour (white)
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 100 grams caster sugar (white)
- 1 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch coarse sea salt
- 200 grams pecans (roughly chopped)
- 50 grams margarine
- 45 grams caster sugar (white)
- 5 grams canela (or 2 tsp cinnamon)
