- 3/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar (optional but helps activate the baking powder)
- 2 cups gluten free flour (or traditional flour)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. pink salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda (optional)
- 1 cup oat flour (and 1 cup gf blend)
- vegan chocolate chips (optional: add, if desired)
