Never did a cauliflower steak before - super yummy! I did the pesto with sesame seeds instead of hemp.. Turned out to be very delicious too.

Super yummy! Next time I make this I'll double the recipe though for the cauliflower

This dish was luscious! Truly a standout dish! My non-vegan fiancé asks for it consistently. This is a staple dish in our house, and one I would be proud to serve to family and guests, vegan, vegetarian, and meat eaters alike. It makes a beautiful presentation, too!
