Amazing vegan pancakes that take 10 minutes and don't leave you feeling heavy and full afterwards!

Ingredients

US|METRIC
  • 1 1/2 cups oats (processed into flour)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or soy milk)
  • 1 banana (ripe)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • coconut oil (for frying)
  • coconut chips (on top)

    Directions

    1. Process oats until they become a flour
    2. Add ripe banana & almond milk
    3. Mix ingredients until it has an even batter consistency
    4. Fry in pan, each side for 2 minutes
    5. ADD a topping ! (poached rhubarb, coconut sorbet, frozen rasperies, agave)
