- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup unsalted peanuts (roasted, finely chopped - make sure they are unsalted.)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. siracha
- 2 limes (fresh, quartered for squeezing)
